What should I wear?
Please wear clothing that you won't mind getting a little bit dirty and messy as you will be brushing the ponies and may get dust and hair on your clothes. You will need to wear closed-toe shoes, preferably boots or wellies. Flip flops and sandals are not safe or acceptable. If it looks like a shower, bring something waterproof and bear in mind that it can be quite chilly in autumn and winter even when the sun is shining!
How many guests can I bring?
Each child can be accompanied by up to two adults.
What happens if it rains?
The pampering must go on. We are well equipped for rainy days and can still provide a great pampering experience whatever the weather. Please ensure children bring waterproof coats and suitable footwear for rainy days.
Is there parking onsite?
Yes, we have onsite parking. Please enter through the white gate (and close behind you). We are NOT responsible for theft, damage, or Any Valuables Left in vehicles at the premises.
Can the children ride the ponies?
No, unfortunately Jasper and Yoshi are too small for riding.
Can I take my own photos?
Yes of course. Please be mindful of the ponies so no flash photography.
Can I add my photos on social media?
Yes of course! Please be sure to tag us @thepocketponies
Can I stroke other horses/ponies on the farm?
We kindly ask you to not pet any of the horses other than Jasper and Yoshi. The horses all have different temperaments, some like people, some don't.
Can I bring my own food to feed the ponies?
Our ponies have a strict diet to keep them fit, happy and well. We kindly ask you do not feed them anything other than the food we provide for your event.
Do you have a toilet onsite?
Yes, we have a single toilet on site. Please note, this is not wheelchair accessible.
Is smoking permitted on the premises?
We have a strict no smoking policy on the farm, including in your vehicles. If you smoke, you will be asked to leave the premises immediately and tickets will not be refunded.
